Drawing on my HR experience coaching job seekers and employees through periods of transition, I give my clients the tools and resources to make the “next right move.”   Clients are connected to their values, aligning their actions personally and professionally.


Emerging Leaders & High-Potential Leaders

I create the next generation of powerful leaders filled with human connection and compassion.  I have had the opportunity to observe the common traits and actions that distinguish a manager from a courageous leader.  I also know what it’s like to be a new and inexperienced leader, building a leadership “brand.” Coming from this perspective, I work with my clients to build a solid base of leadership skills, promoting authenticity and self-awareness.


HR Professionals

HR is not for the faint of heart: having tough discussions, delivering unpopular news, and establishing a strategic presence are not easy tasks.  Yet, HR is also afforded a unique advantage---the “people perspective”--- and the ability to directly impact change, strategic direction and engagement. I believe deeply in the value HR can bring to an organization, a value that is maximized only when HR holds an integrated seat at the table.  I empower HR professionals to own their greatness.  In doing this, HR professionals are coached to hone their strengths, ignite their power and influence in an authentic way.
